Rajasthan MSP Registration 2026: Moong, Urad, Groundnut
Rajasthan farmers can register to sell moong, urad, groundnut and soybean at the minimum support price (MSP) from 2 November 2026. Rajfed, the state cooperative marketing federation, will buy the Kharif 2026 crop at 812 procurement centres across the state.
Registration opens on the Rajfed website, at e-Mitra kiosks and on the Rajfed Kisan App. Each centre accepts only 2,000 registrations, so popular centres fill up fast. Register in the first few days rather than waiting until harvest is fully in.

MSP Rates and Centres for Kharif 2026
The Centre approved these rates on 13 May 2026. They apply to produce of Fair Average Quality (FAQ).
| Crop | MSP (₹ per quintal) | Centres in Rajasthan | Limit per farmer | Max moisture |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Moong | 8,780 | 315 | 40 quintal | 12% |
| Urad | 8,200 | 136 | No limit | 12% |
| Groundnut | 7,517 | 284 | 40 quintal | 8% |
| Soybean | 5,708 | 77 | 40 quintal | 12% |
Moisture matters most. Produce above these limits can be turned away at the centre, so dry your crop well before your weighing date.
Who Can Register and What You Need
You can register if you grew one of these four crops this Kharif season on land in Rajasthan, and the crop is recorded in the girdawari. The rules from previous seasons, which Rajfed has followed every year, also apply:
- One registration per Jan Aadhaar. It must be in the name of the family member whose name appears in the girdawari.
- Your own tehsil only. Choose a centre in the tehsil where your land is located.
- Tenant farmers and sharecroppers can register, but only one of the two (owner or tenant) can register for the same land. The landowner’s Jan Aadhaar number and the agreement are needed.
Documents to keep ready
- Jan Aadhaar number, with your mobile number linked to it
- Aadhaar card
- Copy of the khasra girdawari for the Kharif 2026 crop
- Bank passbook copy for an account linked to Aadhaar
A registration without girdawari is not valid for MSP purchase. In villages where online girdawari is not available, you can register with an offline girdawari from the patwari. Rajfed lists these villages district-wise on its portal.
Payment is made only to an Aadhaar-linked bank account through the Aadhaar Based Payment System (ABPS). Check that this link is active at your bank before you register.
How to Register for MSP Sale
There are three routes, and all of them lead to the same Rajfed registration.
- e-Mitra kiosk: Take your Jan Aadhaar, Aadhaar, girdawari and bank passbook. The operator fills the form, uploads the documents and gives you a receipt with your registration number. This is the easiest route if you are unsure about uploads.
- Rajfed Kisan App: Install it from the Google Play Store, enter your Jan Aadhaar details, choose the crop and the procurement centre, upload the girdawari, and submit.
- Rajfed website: Open the farmer registration option on rajfed.rajasthan.gov.in and follow the same steps.
Before you submit, check three things: the crop, the centre and the bank account. A wrong centre or an inactive account is the most common reason for delays later.
Keep the registration slip safe. You will need it on your weighing day.
Check Your Centre, Weighing Date and Payment
Procurement centre: Your centre is the one you selected during registration, and it is printed on your slip. The full centre list for each crop is on the Rajfed website.
Weighing date (tulai): Rajfed sends the date and time by SMS to the mobile number linked to your Jan Aadhaar. If that number is old or switched off, you will miss the message, so update it in Jan Aadhaar first.
Payment: After weighing, the amount is sent through ABPS to your Aadhaar-linked account. You can track it on the Rajfed website with your registration details, and confirm the credit in your bank passbook or SMS.
If the payment does not reach you, first make sure your Aadhaar is mapped to the account at the bank. You can also look up other farmer schemes, like PM Kisan, through our step-by-step Jan Soochna lookup guide.
